#LestariProject Collaboration

Why are there so many logos on Lestari (Life We Can’t Waste) music video credits?
Who are they, and what are they doing?
Because climate change is our planet's 'wicked problem.' It's a huge, mean 'SO HUGE', challenge that we can only overcome together.

Journey To Zero (JTZ) is the facilitator of this inspiring campaign. This environment-friendly healthy lifestyle movement fosters cycling, walking, or running, to reduce motorized vehicle usage. We can also record our activities on their apps. Through #LestariProject, @yourjourneytozero invites us to #BirukanLangit (blueing the sky) in our daily life.

Katingan-Mentaya Project (KMP) is the initiator of the JTZ movement. This world's most extensive peatland conservation managed by Rimba Makmur Utama in Central Kalimantan is also supporting 35 surrounding villages proactively. One of the village products they have developed is biodegradable polybags and woven bags made of Purun (Lepironia Articulata Retz), a peat swamp wild plant shown in this video. Some of these 360° video images directed by Upie Guava were taken at KMP areas.

Bluesville is an Indonesian sustainable fashion brand with eco-friendly natural dyes. Nikita Dompas and Herald Genio outfits are their collection.

Faye Risakotta outfit is a collection of Ensamble The Label, a fashion brand that maintains its sustainability ethics in its working environment and products. Check out their responsibility's seriousness in their Responsibility Report.

All footwear in this video is a collection of Pijak Bumi, a national eco-friendly shoe brand with the spirit of "Consciously Made #forBetterEarth."

Pable Indonesia is a circular fabric practitioner with the spirit of #wearecircular, tackling climate change with their fabric waste treatment. The fabric accessory of Anda Perdana outfit is Pable's textiles. Some eco-friendly brands have already also applied their products as fabric-based products basic materials.

Non-emission transportation activist Ade Putri brings her daily waste to the Rakosistem waste station, the waste management company that collects, sorts, selects, distributes it to waste processors, and reports the results via apps.

Purupiru is a public telations agency focusing on sustainable issues and its information disbursement through its media relations capabilities.

Yayasan SENADI is the knowledge partner of this campaign who develops the collaboration ecosystem, supports the initial drafts for song lyrics & prepares the data for graphics and visual information on the music video.

Some said this #LestariProject collaboration is the concrete deliverable of the spirit of UN-SDG #17 'Partnership For The Goals.' :)
